Lutheran Community Home is a 95-bed facility which is dually-certified in both intermediate and skilled levels of care. The nursing facilities at Lutheran Community Home are fully-licensed and Medicare-certified, and come technologically-ready to provide complete medical assistance where and when it is needed.

Our services include:

• Restorative care, wound care, IV therapy
• Physical, occupational & speech therapy
• Nutritional management
• On-site transportation, audiology, dental, optometry & podiatry services, laboratory & radiology services and beauty salon services
• Semi-private & private rooms available
• Assistance with Medicare, Medicaid and insurance provided
